Subscriptions and fees
Understand packages, metered fees, wallet balances, and expiry.
No. Sellers only need a subscription package before publishing products.
Metered packages apply a percentage based on the product price and deduct the amount from your package balance. Unmetered packages have a 0% goods rate and operate according to their subscription limits and validity period.
Multiply the product price by the fixed percentage attached to your selected package. For example, a 5% rate on a KSh 1,000 product is KSh 50.
You will not be able to continue uploading products until you recharge your wallet balance or renew your subscription.
Your product listings may be suspended until you renew your subscription.
Yes. You can select the package that best matches your business needs when renewing.
